CCRCS Membership Application

Note: Applicants must be a member of the ACADEMY OF MODEL AERONAUTICS (AMA) before their membership in the Clark County Radio Control Society (CCRCS) can be activated.

An Initiation Fee and Yearly Dues must be paid when submitting this application. Membership in CCRCS provides for use of the club’s airfield and facilities, access to organized club events, meetings and other special functions throughout the year.

Fees: The Initiation Fee is $20.00 for new members, or members that have let their membership lapse after March of the calendar year. Dues are $75.00 per year, or pro-rated at $6.25 per month. (For example: If you were to join in June your dues would be $43.75 / 7 months x $6.25). Initiation fee is still required for the pro-rated membership.

Any renewal sent in before March 1st will be discounted $5.00. ($75.00 less $5.00 early renewal= $70.00)

Any member of the same household receives a 50% discount on dues.

Any person holding a Junior AMA Membership is charged $1.00 per year with no initiation fee.

    I, the undersigned, have read and understand the AMA National Model Aircraft Safety Code, and will abide by that code, the CCRCS Bylaws and the CCRCS Field Operating Rules.

    WILLING FALSIFICATION OF ANY INFORMATION ON THIS APPLICATION WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF THE APPLICATION AND POSSIBLE DENIAL OF MEMBERSHIP OF AT LEAST 1 YEAR.
